Mammalogy

Mammalogy is the branch of zoology concerned with mammals. Here at Truman State University, we have a collection of over 5,000 research mammal specimens from all over the world, the majority from the the Missouri area. Our collection has been used in a variety of ways, from published research to classroom art projects. It is available to anyone looking to do research or learn more about mammals, biodiversity, and evolution.

If you are interested in accessing the collection, you can send an email to tsumammalmuseum@gmail.com, or you can stop by Magruder 3097 during our office hours:
